100% WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES
2 c whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 T Ener-G baking powder 1/4 c turbinado sugar 1 c water 1 c soy milk 1/4 c canola oil 1 tsp vanilla Mix whole wheat flour, sea salt, Ener-G baking powder, & turbinado sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add water, soy milk, canola oil & vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Lightly oil skillet and heat on medium high. When hot, pour 1/2 cup portion of batter onto skillet. Spread with bottom of measuring cup. Reduce heat to low medium. Flipping over when edges are cooked. Pancakes should be a nice golden brown. Delicious!
