GRAHAM CRACKERS


1/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup honey
1 cup rolled oats
1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp sea salt

Mix canola oil and honey in small bowl. Beat together with fork. Blend rolled oats into flour. Mix remaining ingredients in another bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix together well. Put dough on oiled spray cookie sheet (11 x 15) and flatten with hand. Cover with wax paper and roll out dough. Score 1" x 1 1/2". Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
