KOREAN EGG ROLLS

1 cup gluten, chopped
5 cups clear noodles or rice noodles, cooked
1/2 onions, minced (optional)
1 carrot, minced
3 green onions, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 T soy sauce, unfermented
3 T nutritional yeast flakes
2 pkg wonton wrappers (circle or square)

Chop the noodles in a food processor. Mix the remaining ingredients except wonton wrappers. Place 1 teaspoonful mixture in the middle of the wrapper. Wet with water on the edge of the wrapper. Fold it in half and seal it tight. Steam for 10-15 minutes or fry them until golden brown on both sides.
