VEGETARIAN MEATBALLS


1 firm tofu
2 cups any vegi meat, ground
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 TBS onion powder
3 TBS nutritional yeast flakes
1 TBS dry parsley
2 TBS turbinado sugar

Mash the tofu in a large bowl. Then add remain ingredients and mix them with hand. Roll into ball shape and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and turn and bake another 20 minutes. Yield about 4 dozen.
