SEAWEED SALAD
2 1/2 cups soaked seaweed 3 whole green onions, shredded 1/2 onion, shredded 1/2 carrot, shredded 1 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 fresh garlic clove, chopped 2 TBS nutritional yeast flakes 5 TBS lemon juice 2 1/2 TBS turbinado sugar 1 TBS sesame seeds Mix them all together thoroughly with hands. (This dish is high in Protein, Iron, Calcium, and B complex. Very delicious!)
