SOY BEAN PATTIES
2 cups soaked soybeans 2 cups water 3 cups rolled oats 2 onions, chopped 5 stalks celery, chopped 1 tsp sea salt 4 TBS soy sauce(unfermented) 1 tsp onion powder 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes Blend soy beans and water (1 cup at a time). Pour into bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Let stand for 15 minutes. In a medium heat oiled skillet, drop 1/3 cup measure per patty. Flatten with turner. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Very Delicious. Makes 24 patties.
